[Dfit] Temporary Fee Deferment - July 2021

Hope this mail finds you well.

My kids: Taha (grade 4), Bilal (grade 2) & Hady (JM), are studying in your worthy institution. I’m Lt Col Khalid, currently waiting for posting and in a state of uncertainty about future status of my kids. After completion of their exams last month, I was trying to contact/ visit management office for subject request but could manage that in first week of July 2021 being away. 
Mr Noor has informed me about school policy (school leaving or session culminations etc). 

Besides, as school management knows about my liabilities especially under corona environment, it is my humble request that I may be allowed to defer Fees for the month of July 2021 for my kids till next month and I’ll pay fees together for July & August if I’m not posted out of local station and otherwise school leaving be accepted from 1 July 2021.
Thank you in anticipation and I remain indebted to roots garden school for this special favour.
